Easy Reservation Process

• All reservations are based on vehicle categories, not specific car models.
• While we strive to provide the car model you choose, in case of unavailability, we will offer a similar or larger model at no extra cost (free upgrade).

Driver's Age

In contrast with all other rental companies, Corfu Uno does not have age limits. You can rent a car from us as long as you have a valid drivers license from 18 years old. Because we are a company that has all our cars under special insurance for young and senior drivers.

Driver's License Requirements

We accept all valid driver's licenses, including:

• Licenses issued in any country.
• Licenses that have been valid for less than a month.

Simply bring your driver's license with you and ID or your Passport – no additional paperwork needed!

Deposit for booking confirmation

• No deposit or upfront fee is needed to secure your reservation.
• Pay the full amount upon arrival using:
  1. Cash.
  2. Any card (MasterCard, VISA, Electron VISA, Maestro, AMEX).
  3. Apple Pay or Google Pay, directly from your smartphone.

Flexible Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

1. Online by any type of card during the reservation process.
2. In cash upon arrival.
3. Using any card or smartphone payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay) upon arrival.

Booking Duration and Extensions

The minimum rental period is one day.

• If you wish to extend your rental, contact us in advance to modify your contract.
• Late returns up to 30 minutes are free of charge. Beyond that, an extra day's rental may apply.

Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.
• Alternatively, you can choose our Prepaid Fuel Option during booking for added convenience.

There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more level of fuel than that upon delivery of the car rental.

Unlimited Mileage

Explore all the beautiful sights of Corfu without worrying about mileage restrictions – unlimited mileage is always included in our rates.

Baby, Child, and Booster Seats

We offer 3 different types of child seats to cover the various age groups.

• Baby Seat (0 – 2 years)
• Child Seat (2 – 5 years)
• Booster Seat (5 – 10 years)

The child seats are available upon request.

Security deposit – Excess

The amount of the security deposit is written in the box when you choose the insurance type. Is also mentioned in the booking checkout and in the confirmation email. You can leave the deposit by cash or any type of card.

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers option is free of charge for the first extra driver. The additional drivers must accept the same terms & conditions as the main driver.

VAT & Taxes

Our rates are final and include VAT and all taxes. No hidden costs.

After-Hours Delivery & Collection of Vehicles

We can deliver and collect the rental vehicle even after hours (22:00 – 07:30). The extra cost (night fee) for this service is 25,00€ per delivery or collection. Our FREE Shuttle Service is available from 07'30 to 00'00

Traffic violations, traffic fines and Administrative Sanctions

The renter is liable for the payment of all traffic fines and appended administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period. Please bear in mind that you shall be liable for the redemption of whatever penalties (illegal parking, speed-limit violations ea.) the traffic police of the Island of Corfu may impute with respect to the rented car you are driving, throughout the car rental term of your contract.

Booking Cancellation

Free Cancellation policy – No time limit – Please inform us as soon as possible in case of a cancellation.

Booking Modification

No time limit – Depends on availability

Non-Show

If the renter does not pick up the vehicle at the agreed day and time, without prior written notice, our company has the right to cancel the reservation. This term does not apply to flight delays or ship delays as long as you informed us about your flight/ship number.

Road Assistance

All vehicles provided by our company are insured and come with free roadside assistance under specific conditions. The roadside assistance covers the following cases:

• Mechanical failure not caused by the renter.
• Mechanical malfunctions of the vehicle during the rental period.
• Road accidents.
• Dead battery issues.

In any of the above cases, our company will provide immediate support to resolve the issue at no additional cost. For further information or to report an incident, please contact us immediately.

Road Accident

In case of road accident, you have to inform our company immediately and also the police. The police will record the accident and you have to get a copy of the police report. IMPORTANT: NO INSURANCE COVERAGE IF OUR COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE ACCIDENT.

Ferrying the car

Ferrying the car is not allowed without prior written authorization of our company. For the written authorization and the insurance coverage for out of the island there is an extra charge of 120 euros. For more details you can check the third page of the reservation process. According to this authorization, we offer free transportation of the car back to Corfu in case of accident or car damage. We cannot provide car repair or car replacement when the car has been driven out of Corfu island. The car is not covered by any insurance package during ferry transportation.

Across the Border Rental

Renters are not allowed in any way to take the cars outside of the Greek borders.

Pets – Animals

Pets are allowed upon request with the use of protective covers. A cleaning fee of €50 applies.

Discount Coupon

Repeaters enjoy discount on the online prices with every new reservation. Discount coupons will be activated ONLY after the integration of the reservation. Our company has the right to change your reservation if you use an invalid coupon.

Available Pick-up/Drop-Off Areas

We can deliver and collect your car at any location in Corfu, at any time of the day, for an additional fee. To request delivery to a specific location:

• On the booking page, select Other (Specific Area) under the Pickup Location option.
• Then, in the Notes section of the booking form, provide the exact details of your preferred location (e.g., hotel name or specific address).

We also offer pick-up and drop-off services at:

• Corfu Port
• Corfu Bus Station
• Corfu Town
• Gouvia Marina
• Other (Specific Area)

For all locations, the delivery fee will be calculated and shown in the Payment Summary at the end of your booking. Please note that any additional details you provide will help us ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your car.

Corfu Uno – Rent A Car will not be responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving off road, or driving without care and attention. For any damage or accident to the vehicle, without the presence of the Police Report, none of these are covered from the Insurance.
